Ingredients: pork and/or chicken, beef, water, grilled breadcrumbs, vegetable casings (sodium alginate), salt, wheat gluten, modified corn starch, wheat protein isolate (lactic acid), mustard, spices, sodium erythorbate

6-8 minutes in boiling water, then sear in a pan over medium heat until they are golden brown (internal temperature >160°F)
