Here you'll find a the most comforting meatloaf recipe showcasing our delicious ground beef. Nothing fancy or complicated, just a meatloaf as prepared by one of our directors' mother-in-law. A recipe full of love and tradition, sure to please your senses.

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, chopped onion, Panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons mustard and beaten egg. If the mixture seems too runny, add a little more breadcrumbs to achieve the desired consistency. Place the mixture in a greased loaf tin.
3. On the side, prepare the sauce by mixing 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Stir well to incorporate the brown sugar.
4. Pour the sauce over the top of the meatloaf, making sure to spread it evenly.
5. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
6. Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and leave to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Serve hot, accompanied by your favorite vegetables, and enjoy!
