Tasty tacos with a touch homemade salsa for a quick, healthy meal.

Ingredients
450g ground beef
8 small tortillas
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Salsa
2 tomatoes, diced
A few sprigs fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the pepper, onion, garlic cloves, tomatoes and coriander.
Mix all salsa ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the bell pepper and stir for a few more minutes, until the pepper has softened.
Add the ground beef, cumin, paprika, chili pwder, salt and pepper. Mix until the meat is cooked through.
Meanwhile, heat up tortillas.
Place a portion of the beef on each tortilla, top it off with a bit of homemade salsa and a few coriander leaves if desired.
