Classic Meatballs

Served on their own or with the sauce of your choice, they're sure to impress the whole family!

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Star ingredients: Ground beef or ground pork

Ingredients

450g ground beef or pork
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Shape into 2-tablespoon balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve alone or with the sauce of your choice.
