A slightly different way to serve top sirloin. A fresh, nutritious salad that would make a perfect summer meal.

Ingredients
2 top sirloin steaks
1 romaine lettuce, washed and sliced
1 cucumber, diced
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Season steaks with salt and pepper, then heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side and set aside.
In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, onion and olives, then add half the dressing and toss to combine.
Serve steak on a bed of salad, drizzle with remaining dressing and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
