Top sirloin steaks grilled to perfection, served on a grilled Caesar salad. Ideal for the barbecue.

Ingredients
2 top sirloin steaks
2 romaine lettuce hearts, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Croutons for garnish
1/4 cup olive or canola oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 anchovy fillets, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, anchovies, salt and pepper in a bowl. Reserve half for the salad and use the other half to marinate the steaks for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Brush romaine lettuce hearts lightly with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly toasted.
Arrange the plates with half a grilled romaine lettuce heart, garnish with steak slices, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, add croutons and drizzle with reserved Caesar dressing.
