Slices of grilled hanger steak served over a simple salad, for a light but flavorful dish.

Ingredients
4 hanger steaks
4 cups arugula
1/2 cup Parmesan shavings
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Season beef tabs with salt and pepper.Grill for about 4-6 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Let steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
In a large bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, mustard, maple syrup and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add arugula and toss to combine.
Divide the arugula salad between plates, add the grilled hanger steaks slices on top and garnish with the Parmesan shavings.
