A flavorful pork tenderloin, coated with a blend of fresh herbs and mustard, for a dish rich in flavor.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, thyme, rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, then rub the pork tenderloins with the marinade, making sure to coat the entire piece.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear pork tenderloins for 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
  4. Transfer the pork tenderloins to an ovenproof dish and bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Let tenderloins rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing, and serve!
