Maple Chipotle Pork Chops With Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Our delicious maple chipotle pork chops served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
4 maple chipotle pork chops
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into
4 pieces
4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 tsp. mustard powder
1 pinch ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender.
Drain and mash potatoes and garlic with milk, butter, mustard powder and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Let meat rest for 5 minutes, then serve sliced on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes.
