This grilled salmon is coated in a sweet and sour maple-mustard sauce, for an explosion of flavor.

Ingredients
4 salmon steaks
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper and water. Heat over medium-low heat until thickened, then remove from heat.
Place salmon on a baking sheet or in an ovenproof dish and brush generously with the maple sauce.
Place the salmon steaks in the oven for about 15 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
