A dish inspired by South American cuisine, featuring steaks dressed in a fresh, herby chimichurri sauce.

Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

 

  • 4 minute steaks
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. For the chimichurri sauce, combine parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, chili flakes, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, depending on desired doneness.
  4. Serve steaks topped with chimichurri sauce.
