In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients until smooth.
Place the meat in a dish or resealable freezer bag. Pour marinade over tabs, making sure to coat well. Cover or seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Preheat pan or grill to medium-high.
Remove meat from marinade and drain excess liquid. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
Allow steaks to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serve.
