In a small bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to create marinade.
Place pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable freezer bag. Pour marinade over chops, making sure to coat well. Cover the dish or seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pork chops from marinade. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
