Orange and Rosemary Pork Chops

Orange and Rosemary Pork Chops

14 March 2024

Tender, juicy pork chops marinated in a fragrant blend of orange juice, rosemary and garlic.

Servings: 4

Preparation time: 35 minutes (plus marinating time)

Star ingredient: pork chop

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. orange zest
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to create marinade.
  2. Place pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable freezer bag. Pour marinade over chops, making sure to coat well. Cover the dish or seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pork chops from marinade. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
