4 salmon steaks
1 cup quinoa
1 1/2 cups broth of your choice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger

Fresh coriander

Instructions Rinse the quinoa, transfer to a small saucepan with the broth, bring to the boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and leave to rest.
Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
Cook salmon fillets in a skillet over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes per side, basting regularly with teriyaki sauce.
Serve salmon on a bed of quinoa, garnished with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
